This historic brownstone in South Boston was restored from two apartments back to its original single-family role with some modern touches. Rebuilding the rear portion of the home included a garden level patio with large window openings to the rear yard. Open concept kitchen and living spaces, garden level gym and TV room, balance with upper bedroom suites.
